Clean Air 24 Seven Air Ventilation System Cleaning
To remain compliant with the health and safety at work act 1974 air ventilations must be cleaned frequently. Cleaning your systems are the best way to remove bacteria and lint deposits. An effective cleaning schedule will keep your systems operating and performing efficiently.
Clean Air 24 Seven use state of the art cleaning techniques. We use a mechanical brush system which spins at high speeds inside of ductwork, picking up any lint deposits and bacteria. Once the brush picks up these deposits a negative air vacuum pulls the debris from the system and filters the air out using HEPA filtration. We also dry hand clean and wet hand clean. If there are 5 or more bacteria colonies present, we disinfect your system by atomising a potent chemical.
On completion of our clean, an in-depth report of your system is compiled. This will show before and after pictures and PVT test results.

The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 requires that workplaces must have appropriate air ventilation. This requires that air ventilation systems must be cleaned and maintained to a high standard. On top of this legislation, insurance companies require these systems are complaint with the following regulations: BESA TR19, BS EN 15780, CIBSE TM26, CIBSE Guide B2.
